New Situation at Negombo Protest

Place: In front of The Fisheries office at Mahawediya.
How many people have joined: between 50 -60
From where the people have come: Wellaweediya, Munakkare, Pitipana and Kuttiduwa

At Negombo the protest has started at 10. 00 a.m and they have done it in a decent way. At first they distributed the leaflets and pamphlets to the people. Protest has gone up to 11.30 a.m. Then they submitted a petition to the Zonal Fisheries Director. The At this moment we will invite you to join with us to do a justice to these helpless tsunami victims all over the country. After this protest we hope the government leaders will open their eyes to commit themselves to do a sincere service to the marginalized fishermen and for the innocent tsunami victims. You need to select the pictures which could be give more weight to your message. Why not mentioned the tourism and the highways while people are waiting at the camps still after 200 days.
