Protest to protect the rights of people affected by landslide

People from civil organizations and several individuals from the affected community were conducted a protest on 16th November, Sunday, at badulla, on behalf of people who are suffered and loss loved once from the massive earth slip occurred in end of the October, in Meeriyabadda village, in Haldummulla DS division.
Protesters demanded proper housing with atleast ten perch block of land and another one acre land block to cultivate crops and make their living. Apart from that permanent citizenship for the state sector people, who are brought from South India, by the rulers of British colony period to cultivate and work in tea states.
