.: Protest against harassment of Campaigners and media personals

A protest was conducted in front of Colombo fort railway station yesterday (10th December) against the harassment to the civil activists and media figure during a awareness campaign in Anuradapura district on 5th December.
Artist and civil activists Mr. Jayathilaka Bandara and TV and newspaper journalist Thisara Saman was attacked by political followers and Secretary of North central province chief minister.
Representatives of several civil organizations, lawyers and media were participated to the event.
