A special staff meeting was held at the NAFSO office to streamline the program planning and project monitoring in the year 2019. All Managers Program Coordinators attended the meeting and Coordinators presented their future plans and explained how the office staff could coordinated and monitor the program activities at field level in order to get the maximum community participation. Obtaining assistance of Government Officers, conduct community awareness programs effectively. How to address the admin matters such as staff field visits to monitor community projects was discussed.
