Great news received from one of our international partner organization, India and we hope this would be a mega victory of our colleagues.
It is a great news that all the 49 fishermen who were in Quatar Jail are released with the help of Chief Minister of Tamilnadu. Total cost is 50 Lakhs. Advocate Nazeer Kocherry appeared for us in the courtl.Fr. John Churchil has been working hard to get them out. Their families are very happy. Some have come back to Tamilnadu. 6 fishermen from Kerala are still in Quatar jail We are trying to get them out. Some expenses are involved. We have requested the Chief Minister of Kerala to bear the expenses. THere are about 20 Indian Fishermen are in Pakistani jail. Madhu from Porbunder is going to Pakistan to get them out.
