Praja Abilasha network of National Fisheries Solidarity Movement initiated to organize the meeting of People’s Alliance for Right to Land at the Yalpadi Hotel on 24 November 2021. The meeting initiated to discuss the existing situation related to the land issues in the North as well as it referred to the documents which was sent by the District Secretary in Jaffna. The community leaders from Jaffna, Mullathive, Mannar and Killinichchi districts participated in the meeting. It gave the special attention to the issues of land of Mahaveli H division, issues of the land issue of the people in the IDP camp and the existing situation related to sand deposit in Pallimune, Mannar in the meeting.

ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්යාපාරයේ ප්රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලය විසින් උතුරු පළාත් ඉඩම් අයිතිය සඳහා වු ජනතා එකතුවේ රැස්වීම 2021 නොවැම්බර් මස 24 වන දින යාපනයේ යාල්පාඩි හෝටයේදී පැවැත්විණ. මෙහිදි දැනට උතුරු පළාතේ ඉඩම්වල වත්මන් තත්ත්වය සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කළ අතර යාපනය දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම්වරයා විසින් එවූ ලිපිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡා විය. මෙහිදි යාපනය, මුලතිව්,මන්නාරම,කිලිනොච්චි යන දිස්ත්රික්කවල නායකයින් මේ අවස්ථාවට සහභාගි වූහ. එහිදි විශේෂයෙන් මුලතිව් දිස්ත්රික්කයේ මහවැලි එච් කාලාපයේ ඉඩම්වල තත්ත්වය යාපනය දිස්ත්රික්කයේ අවතැන් කඳවුරුවල සිටින ජනතාවගේ හා ඉඩම්වල වත්මන් තත්ත්වය මන්නාරම් දිස්ත්රික්කයේ පිල්මුනේ ඛනිජ වැලි සම්බන්ධයේ උද්ගත වී ඇති තත්ත්වය ආදී කරණු සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡා කළහ.
தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயககத்தின் பிரஜா அபிலாச வலையமைப்பு மூலம் வடமாகாண காணி உரிமை தொடர்பான மக்கள் ஒன்றியத்தின் கூட்டம் 24.கார்த்திகை 2021 யாழ்ப்பாணம் யாழ்பாடி விருந்தினர் விடுதியில் நடைப்பெற்றது. வடமாகாண காணிகளின் தற்போதைய நிலமை தொடர்பாக உரையாடியதோடு யாழ்ப்பாண மாவட்ட செயலாளர் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட்ட கடிதம் தொடர்பாக இங்கு உரையாடப்பட்டது. இங்கு யாழ்ப்பாணம், முல்லைத்தீவு, மன்னார், கிளிநொச்சி ஆகிய மாவட்டங்களின் தலைவர்கள் இந்த சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் கலந்துக் கொண்டனர். இங்கு விசேடமாக முல்லைத்தீவு மாவட்டத்தில் மகாவலி ர் வலையத்தின் காணிகளின் நிலமை யாழ்ப்பாணம் மாவட்டத்தில் அகதி முகாம்களில் உள்ள மக்களின் மற்றும் காணிகளின் தற்போதைய நிலமை மன்னார் மாவட்டத்தில் பில்முனை கனிப் பொருள் தொடர்பாக ஏற்பட்டுள்ள நிலமை ஆகிய காரணங்கள் தொடர்பாக கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது.
