A
discussion was held focusing on the feasibility to ratify the C-188 fisher
convention adapted by the ILO with the participation of the representatives
from different district fisher unions at the Camlot Beach Hotel on 19 January,
2022. It highly focused on the discussions related to the factors of fisher’s
security at sea, usage of distractive fishing gears and taking legal actions
against the usage of destructive fishing gears. This meeting was initiated by
the National Fisher Trade Union. The participants shared their experience in
relation to the issues at the sea, social security and other issues in the
fisheries industry. The representative of the district fisher unions which were
facilitated by National Fisheries Solidarity Movement shared their experience
in the particular areas. The representatives from Lanka Fisheries Organization,

ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්යාපාරයේ ජාතික ධීවර වෘත්තීය සංගමය විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද ILO ජාතික කම්කරු සංවිධානය විසින් සම්මත කරන ලද ක්-188 ධීවර සම්මුතිය ශ්රී ලංකාව තුළ ක්රියාත්මක කරවා ගැනීම සඳහා වන සාකච්ඡාව 2022 ජනවාරි මස 19 වන දින මීගමුව කැම්ලොට් බීච් හෝටලයේදී පැවැත්විණි. මෙහිදි විශේෂයෙන් මහ මුහුදේ දී ධීවරයින්ගේ ආරක්ෂාව තහවුරු කර ගැනීම හා හානිකර අම්පන්න භාවිතය පිළිබඳව ද ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන් නීතිමය පියවර ගැනීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් විශේෂයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදී.
මෙහිදි විශේෂත්වය වන්නේ ධීවර වෘත්තීය සමිති හා සාමාජිකයින්ගේ සහභාගිත්වයෙන් මෙය සංවිධානය වීමයි. එහිදි ධීවරයින් මෙන් ම ධීවර සංවිධානවල නියෝජිතයින් ධීවරයින් මහමුදුදේ දී ඇති වන ගැටලු ඔවුන්ගේ සමාජ ආරක්ෂණ ගැටලු සම්බන්ධයෙන් අදහස් බෙදා ගන්නා ලදී. විශේෂයෙන් ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්යාපාරයේ ක්රියාත්මක දිස්ත්රික්කවල මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් පවතින වත්මන් තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳව අදහස් බෙදා ගැනීම සිදු විය. විශේෂයෙන් මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා සමස්ත ලංකා ධීවර සංවිධානය මෙන් ම, ඊදරබ එද ඉැ ඍැක්එසදබියසච යන ධීවර සංවිධානයෙන් ද ජනවබෝධ කේන්ද්රයේ හැඩ්ලි මහතා ද ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්යාපාරයේ ජාතික ධීවර ජාතික කැඳවුම්කරු හර්මන් කුමාර මහතා ද අම්පාර පුත්තලම මීගමුව ගාල්ල මාතර ත්රිකුණාමලය යාපනය සහ කිලිනොච්චි යන දිස්ත්රික්කවල සම්බන්ධිකාරකවරුන් හා ධීවර නායකයින් ද මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා සහභාගි වූහ.
தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் தேசிய மீனவ தொழிற்சங்கம் மூலம் ஒழுங்கு செய்யப்பட்ட ஐடுழு தேசிய தொழிலாளர் இயக்கம் மூலம் உறுதிபடுத்திய ஊ 188 மீனவ பிரகடனம் தொடர்பாக கலந்துரையாடல் 19.01.2022 தினம் நீர்கொழும்பு கெம்லட் பீச் ஹோட்டலில் நடைபெற்றது. இங்கு ஆழ்கடலில் மீனவர்களின் பாதுகாப்பை உறுதிப்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட மீனவ உபகரணங்களைப் பாவித்தல் தொடர்பாக சட்டரீதியிலான நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தல் தொடர்பாகவும் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது. இங்கு மீனவ தொழிற்சங்கம் மற்றும் அங்கத்தவர்கள் இதை ஒழுங்கு செய்தல் விசேடமாகும். இங்கு மீனவர்கள் மீனவ இயக்கங்களின் பிரதிநிதிகள் மீனவர்களுக்கு ஆழ்கடலில் மற்றும் சமூக பாதுகாப்பு பிரச்சினைகள் தொடர்பாக கருத்து பகிர்ந்துக் கொண்டனர். தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் செயற்படும் மாவட்டங்களில் காணப்படும் நிலமைகள் தொடர்பாக கருத்து பகிரப்பட்டது. இந்தச்சந்தர்ப்பத்திற்கு ஒட்டுமொத்த இலங்கை மீனவ இயக்கங்கள் போலவே டீழசn வழ டிந சுநடயவழைளொip எனும் மீனவ இயக்கமும் ஜனவபோதய கேந்திரத்தில் திரு. ஹேட்லி அவர்களும் தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் அமைப்பாளர் திரு. ஹர்மன் குமார் அவர்களும் அம்பாறை, புத்தளம், நீர்கொழும்பு, காலி, மாத்தறை, திருமலை, யாழ்ப்பாணம், கிளிநொச்சி ஆகிய மாவட்டங்களின் இணைப்பாளர்கள்; மற்றும் மீனவ தலைவர்கள் ஆகியோர் இதில் கலந்துக்கொண்டனர்.
