"නැගෙනහිර උදානය පන ගන්වමින් ආහාර නිෂ්පාදනයේ නියැලෙන කාන්තාවන් බලගන්වමු. කාන්තාවන්ගේ ඉඩම් අයිතිය සුරකිමු" යන තේමා පාඨය පෙරදැරිව මෙවර ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කාන්තා අංශයේ සංවිධානකත්වයෙන් ජාත්‍යන්තර කාන්තා දින සැමරුම 2022 මාර්තු මස 28 වන සඳුදා දින ත්‍රිකුණාමලයේ හිනිදු සංස්කෘතික ශාලාවේදී පැවැත්විණ.
උත්සව සභාවේ වැඩ කටයුතු ආරම්භ කිරීමට පෙර කාන්තාවන් විසින් පා ගමනින් පැමිණ පසුව උත්සව සභාව නිල වශයෙන් ආරම්භ කරන ලදී. ආරාධිතයින් පොල් තෙල් පහන දැල්විමෙන් පසු ත්‍රිකුණාමල දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධිකාරිකා නිශන්කා රංගනි මහත්මිය විසින් පිළිගැනීම සිදු කළා ය. පොළොන්නරුව තරුණ කණ්ඩායමේ පිළිගැනීමේ නර්තනය ඉදිරිපත් කළ අතර එදින් පසු සමස්ත සවැඩසටහනේ අරමුණ පැහැදිලි කිරීම ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කාන්තා කටයුතු සම්බන්ධිකාරිකා ලවීනා හසන්ති මහත්මිය සිදු කළා ය. ඇය විසින් දැනට කාන්තාවන් මුහුණ ගැටලු හා එහි වත්මන් තත්ත්වය සම්බන්ධයෙන් කරුණු ඉදිරිපත් කළ අතර ඇයගේ කරුණු දැක්වීමෙන් පසු නැගෙනහිර පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාරතුමියගේ ලේකම්වරයා පැමිණ සියලු දෙන ආමන්ත්‍රණය කරන ලදී. එහිදි ඔහු විසින් නැගෙනහිර පළාත් කාන්තාවන් ඇතුළු සමස්ත කාන්තාවන් පිළිබඳව ඇය ඉදිරිපත් කළ කරුණු පිළිගැනීමට නොහැකි බවත් මෙවන් ගැටලුවල සත්‍ය තත්ත්වය ඇය විසින් පැහැදිලි කළ දුක්බර ඛේදනීය තත්ත්වයක් නොවන බවත් සභාව අමතා පවසන ලදී. ලේකම්වරයාගේ අදහස් දැක්වීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් කාන්තාවන්ගේ විරෝධය දක්වමින් නැගෙනහිර පළාත් කාන්තා සම්මේලනයේ සභාපති අම්පාර දිස්ත්‍රික් කිලක්කුසූරියම් කාන්තා කමිටුවේ සභාපති සින්නතම්බි සීතා මහත්මිය විසින් අදහස් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සිදු කළා ය. එම අදහස් දැක්වීම පසුව කාන්තාවන් මුහුණ දෙන ප්‍රශ්න ගැටලු හා උතුරු නැගෙනහිර කාන්තාවන්ගේ පීඩනයේ සැබැ තත්ත්වය කාන්තාවන්ගේ ඛේදනීය තත්ත්වයේ සැබැ ස්වරූපය දකුණේ කාන්තාවන්ගේ දෘෂ්ටිකෝණයෙන් දකුණේ ධීවර සංවිධානයේ ජාතික ධීවර කාන්තා සම්මේලනයේ සම සභාපතිනි නෙලුම්කා වීරක්කොඩි මහත්මිය විසින් සිදු කරන ලදී.ඉන්පසු එම කරුණු දැක්වීමෙන් පසු හිටපු පළාත් සභා ඇමතිනි ආරිවති ගලප්පත්ති විසින් ඉතා පිළිකුල් සහගත විවේචනාත්මක කරුණු දැක්වීමකින් සභාව උණුසුම් විය. ඉන්පසු ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ ජාතික කැඳවුම්කරු හර්මන් කුමාර මහතාගේ අදහස් දැක්වීම වෙත යොමු විය. එහිදි හර්මන් කුමාර මහතා විසින් ආරියවති ගල්පත්තිගේ විවේචනාත්මක අදහස් දැක්වීමට යථාර්ථවාදී පිළිතුරු කථාවක් සහ කාන්තාවන්ගේ ප්‍රශ්න ගැටලුවල සැබෑ ස්වරූපය ඔහු විසින් ඉදිරිපත් කළ අතර ඉන්පසු වැඩසටහනේ නිමාව සනිටුහන් කරමින් ඒ.චිත්‍රානී මහත්මිය විසින් සිදු කරන ලදී. මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ සාමය හා තිරසර සංවර්ධනය සඳහා වු ජනතා සංවාදයේ සම්බන්ධිකාරක ඇන්තනී ජේසුදාසන් මහතා ද ප්‍රැන්සිස් රාජන් මහතා ද ලක්සිරි ප්‍රනාන්දු මහතා ද ගයාන් අබේගොඩ මහතා ද දිනේෂ් දසනායක මහතා ද ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ පරිපාලන ලේකම් ප්‍රදීප් වනිගසූරිය මහතා ද නුවන් ප්‍රදීප් මහතා ද පිලමිනා ධර්මරත්නම් මහත්මිය ද විශේෂයෙන් ආගමික නායකයින් ද පැවිදි සොහොයුරින් ද ධීවර කාන්තාවන් ද ගෘහමූලික කාන්තාවන් ද දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 14 නියෝජනය කරමින් පැමිණි කාන්තාවන් ද තරුණ තරුණයින් සිවිල් සංවිධානවල නියෝජිතයින් ද මානව හිමිකම් ක්‍රියාධරියින් ද මාධ්‍යවේදීන් බොහෝ පිරිසක් මෙම අවස්ථාව සමඟ සම්බන්ධ වූහ.
National Fisheries Solidarity Movement’s Women Section organized the International Women’s Day Commemoration under the theme of “Reactivating the Raise of Eastern Women, Empower the women Food producers and Ensure the women’s land right at the Hindu cultural center on 28 March, 2022”.
Women marched to the Cultural center before starting the main event of the commemoration. Coming all participants in to the hall, the event was officially started with the fire of the oil lamp. Mrs. Nisaka Rangani, District Coordinator of Trincomale District Fisheries Solidarity made the welcome speech. Two girls of the youth team from Polonnaruwa presented the welcome dance. Mrs. Lavina Hasanthi, Gender and Development officer of National Fisheries Solidarity Movement set the objective of the program.
Setting objective of the program, she highlighted some points of report regarding the burning issues of the women in the eastern province as well as she generally mentioned the common difficulties of the women in the current context. Mr. Thusitha P. Wanigasingha, Chief Secretary’s Secretariat in the Eastern Provincial Council delivered his speech after the setting the objective and he made his speech replying to the points raised in the objective setting. He was not a position to accept the raised points and he rejected the points of the speech made by Mrs. Lavina Hasanthi regarding the issues of the women in the Eastern province. After his speech, Mrs. Sinnathambi Seetha, President of Eastern Province Women Federation challenged the contents of the speech of the Chief Secretary’s Secretariat in the Eastern Provincial Council
As well as, Mrs. Nelumka Werakkodi, Equal President of National Fisheries Women Federation delivered her speech challenging the points raised by Chief Secretary’s Secretariat in the Eastern Provincial Council. Mrs. Lelumka is a member of Southern Fisheries Solidarity in Galle and she analyzed the real situation of the women in the north and east in a different angle as a southern women. She highlighted the real burring issues of the women in the north and east taking one by one point raised the government officer. According to the situation, Mrs.Ariyawathi Galappaththi, former member of provincial council in the eastern province criticized the program, objective and facilitators mercilessly and she tried to protect and commend the government. She made a tense situation among the participants.
Mr. Herman Kumara, National Convener of National Fisheries Solidarity Movement delivered his speech. He replied to the speech of former member of provincial council showing the real and existing examples in the current context of the country. National Convener emphasized the reality of the issues and difficulties of the women according to the existing situation of the country and the important of implementing the identified proposals to find the solutions for the issues of the women. The program was officially finished with the vote thanks of Mrs.A.Chiththrani from the women committee of Trincomale. There were some cultural items presented by the girls and women members of the district organizations. There was a wider participation of the program representing Secretariat of National Fisheries Solidarity Movement, activists and women headed families from partner organizations of the network of NAFSO, Religious leaders, representatives from different civil society organizations, Human right defenders, Journalists and individuals.
வரவேற்பு நடனத்தை முன்வைத்த பின் நிகழ்ச்சியின் நோக்கவுரை தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் பெண்கள் திட்ட இணைப்பாளரான திருமதி லவீனா ஹசன்தி முன் வைத்தார். தற்போது பெண்கள் எதிர்நோக்கும் பிரச்சிரனைகள் தொடர்பாக கருத்துகள் தெரிவித்ததோடு அதை தொடர்ந்து கீழ்மாகாண ஆளுனரின் செயலாளர் தனது உரையில் கீழ்மாகாண பெண்கள் உட்பட ஒட்டுமொத்த பெண்கள் தொடர்பாக திருமதிூ லவினா ஹசரன்தி முன் வைத்த கருத்துகள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாதெனவும் இவ்வாறான பிரச்சினைகள் கூறும் அளவு கவலைக்குரியவையல்ல எனவும் கூறினார். இந்த உரையை கேட:டுக்கொண்டிருந்த பெண்கள் அதற்கு எதிராக குரல் எழுப்பி, கீழ்மாகாண பெண்கள் சம்மேளனத்தின் தலைவி அம்பாறை மாவட்டத்தை சேர்ந்;த திருமதி. சீதா சின்னத்தம்பி கருத்து தெரிவித்தார். அடுத்ததாக தென் மாகாண மீனவ இயகத்தின் மீனவ பெண்கள் சம்மேளனத்தின் இணைத்தலைவி திருமதி. நெலுகா வீரக்கொடி கிழக்கு மற்றும் வடக்கு மாகாண பெண்;களின் அவல நிலை தொடர்பாக சபையில் எடுத்துக்காட்டினார். இதில் கோபம் கொண்ட முன்னால் மாகாணசபை அமைச்சர் ஆரியவதி கலப்பத்தி ஒழுக்கமின்றி பண்பில்லாத முறையில் மிகவும் ஆவேசம் கொண்டு உரையாட்டியதில் சபையோர் கோபம் கொண்டனர். பின்னர் தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் தேசிய அமைப்பாளர் திரு. ஹர்மன் குமார சபையில் தனது கருத்துகளை முன் வைத்தார். அவர் கூறியதாவது ஆரியவதி கலப்பத்தியின் கருத்துகளில் உள்ள தவரான கருத்துகளுக்கு எதிராக பெண்களின் பிரச்சினைகள் மற்றும் கீழ்மட்ட பெண்களின் அவல நிலமையை யதார்த்தவாதமாக எடுத்துக்காட்டினார்.பின்னர் திருமதி. சித்ரானி அவர்களின் நன்றி உரையுடன் நிகழ்ச்சி முடிவடைந்தது. இந்த சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பின் சமாதானம் மற்றும் நிலைபேறான அபிவிருத்தி தொடர்பான மக்கள் அமைப்பின் இணைப்பாளர் திரு. அன்டனி ஜேசுதாசன், பிரன்சிஸ் ராஜன், லக்சிரி பிரனான்து, கயான் அம்பேகொட, தினேஷ் தசனாயக்க, தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்pன் நிர்வாக செயலாளர் பிரதீப் வணிகசூரிய, திரு. நுவன் பிரதீப், பிலோமினா தர்மரத்தனம், குறிப்பாக மதத்தலைவர்கள், அருட் சகோதரிகள், மீனவப் பெண்கள், குடும்பத் தலைமைத்துவ பெண்கள் 14 மாவட்டங்களில் பிரதிநிதித்துவம் வகித்து வந்த பெண்கள், இளைஞர் யுவதிகள், சிவில் அமைப்புகளில் இருந்து வந்தவர்கள், மனித உரிமை செயற்பாட்டாளர்கள், ஊடகவியலாளர்கள் ஆகியோர் கலந்துக் கொண்டனர்.
