The monthly meeting of the Suryan Women's Organization of Ampara District Fisheries Solidarity Movement was held at Kannagipuram Village on Thursday, August 11, 2022. 22 members of the women's society participated in the meeting.
The purpose of this meeting was to evaluate the activities conducted in the previous month last month and plan for the coming month. Apart from this, many issues such as the problem with drinking water, transport difficulties of the village people, and difficulties caused by wild elephants' attacks on villages were discussed.
The implementation of measures to reduce the use of plastic in the families of the members was discussed here. The plan to provide livelihood assistance under the Mission Inclusion project and the selection of beneficiaries were discussed at the meeting.
Apart from this, lending of savings for self-employment was discussed also discussed at the meeting.
Mr. Kannan of Ampara District Dhiwara Cooperative Movement led the meeting.
අම්පාර දිස්ත්‍රික් ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කිලක්කු සූර්යන් කාන්තා සංවිධානයේ කන්නගිපුරම් ග්‍රාමයේ ශාඛා සමිතිය 2022 අගෝස්තු 11 වන බ්‍රහස්පතින්දා දින කාන්තාවන් 22 සහභාගිත්වයෙන් පැවැත්විණ. මෙහිදි පසුගිය මාසයේ සිදු කළ ක්‍රියාකාරම් පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදී. දැනට පවතින පිරිසිදු පානීය ජල ගැටලුව, ගමනාගමන ගැටලුව, වන අලින් ගම් වැදීම නිසා ඇති වන දුෂ්කරතා ආදී කරුණු රැසක් මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡා විය. ගම්මානවල ප්ලාස්ටික් භාවිතය සම්බන්ධයෙන් පවතින අවශ්‍යතාවය අවම කිරීමට ක්‍රියාමාර්ග යෙදීම පිළිබඳව මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡා විය. Mission Inclusion ව්‍යාපෘතිය යටතේ ජිවනෝපාධාර ආධාර ලබා දීමේ සැලැස්ම පිළිබඳවත් ප්‍රතිලාභීන් තෝර ගැනිම පිළිබඳවත් මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡා විය. ඉතිරි කිරීම් සවයං රැකියා සඳහා ණය ලබා දිම පිළිබඳව මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදී මෙම අවසස්ථාව සඳහා අම්පාර දිස්ත්‍රික් ධිවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කන්නන් මහතා මෙහෙයවිම කරන ලදී.
