Three days TOT workshop for women leaders was conducted at Oruthota Chalets Hotel since 26 th to 29 the April 2023 through the Women program and People to people dialogue on Sustainable Development Program of NAFSO in order to strengthen and consolidate the National Women Federation Activities and critical engagement on Social issues of women headed families and fisher women. Selected leaders of District women federation and National women federation In accordance with the objective were trained by experienced resource persons during the workshop.
The Training has covered following components, Access to Village, social security, role of civil society,
different between the sex and Gender, violence against Gender, remedies in the law in Sri Lanka
regarding the Gender based violence, NGOs, civil society Organization, what is UN and its role and
Network and why Networking. The participants actively participated in the workshop and presented
their learnings through the role play during the recap.

தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் மகளிர் பிரிவும், சமாதானம் மற்றும் நிலையான அபிவிருத்திக்கான மக்கள் கலந்துரையாடல் பிரிவும் இணைந்து மாவட்ட பெண்கள் சம்மேளனங்கள் மற்றும் தேசிய மீனவ பெண்கள் சம்மேளனத்தின் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட தலைவிகளுக்கான பயிற்றுவிப்பாளர்களுக்கான பயிற்சி பட்டறையை கடந்த 2023 ஏப்ரல் 27-29 திகதிகளில் கண்டியில் நடத்தப்பட்டது.
இங்கு 6 முக்கிய தலைப்புக்கள் தொடர்பான பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட்டது.
திரு. லலித் அபேசிங்க (தேசிய பயிற்சியாளர்),வழக்கறிஞர் ஜீவனி காரியவசம், திரு. ஹர்மன் குமார (தேசிய அமைப்பாளர்), திரு. அன்டனி ஜேசுதாஸன், திட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் மற்றும் செல்வி லவினா ஹசந்தி (மகளிர் திட்ட இணைப்பாளர்) ஆகியோர் வளவாளர்களாக செயற்பட்டனர். திரு. பிரான்சிஸ் ராஜன் அறிக்கையாக்கம் மற்றும் திட்டத்துக்கு ஒத்துழைப்பு வழங்கினார்.
ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කාන්තා අංශය හා සාමය හා තිරසාර සංවර්ධනය සදහා ජනතා සංවාදය අංශය විසින් දිස්ත්‍රික් කාන්තා සම්මේලනවල හා ජාතික ධීවර කාන්තා සම්මේලනයේ තෝරාගත් නායිකාවන් සදහා වන පුහුණුකරුවන් පුහුණු කිරීමේ වැඩමුළුවක් පසු ගිය 2023. 04. 27 -29 දිනවල මහා නුවරදී පවත්වන ලදී.
මෙහිදි මොඩියුල් 6ක් පිලිබදව පුහුණුව ලබා දුනී.
ලලිත් අබේසිංග මහතා (ජාතික පුහුණුකරුවෙක්) නීතිඥ ජීවනි කාරියවසම් මිය, හර්මන් කුමාර මහතා (ජාතික කැදවුම්කරු ), ඇන්තනි ජේසුදාසන් මහතා ව්‍යාපෘති සම්බන්ධිකාරක හා ලවීනා හසන්ති මිය (කාන්තා වැඩසටහන් සම්බන්ධිකාරක) යන අය විසින් සම්පත්දායකත්වය ලබා දුන් අතර ෆ්‍රැන්සිස් රාජන් මහතා (අධික්ෂණ නිලධාරි) වාර්ථාකරණය කළ අතර වැඩසටහනට සහය ලබා දුනි.
