NAFSO welcomes the Canadian Team


A warm welcome was extended to the three Persons from Canada this evening at the NAFSO auditorium

A team of three from Canada was welcomed by the National Fisheries Solidarity Movement.  They will be in Sri Lanka for a period of six months and will be engage in  data analysis process in related NAFSO's working matters and various aspects of women's affairs. They will deal with different profiles by the time, Analyst on the digital divide between men and women with the National Fisheries Solidarity Movement (NAFSO), Cybersecurity Program for Advocacy Groups with the National Fisheries Solidarity Movement (NAFSO): Help launch a computer security training program for Sri Lankan, Conduct an IT security needs and expectations assessment with the NAFSO team and advocacy organizations in Negombo and Colombo, Collaborate to develop a technological platform to map the evolution of climate change and risks posed for the Sri Lankan coastline etc.
