The District Youth Meeting of the Monaragala District Uva Wellassa Women's Organization of the National Fishery Solidarity Movement was held on Sunday, June 26, 2022. The activities conducted during last year and future work plans of the Monaragala district youth movement were discussed at this meeting.
An effort to clean the office garden of the Uva Wellassa Women's Organization, to prepare a six-month action plan for the youth movement in Monaragala, based on the political, social and economic training had recently, renovate the Veherayaya by road by the Wellayaya Divisional Secretariat, and to raise some funds for the youth movement were also discussed.
It was also proposed to hold a monthly youth meeting and raise funds for the organization.
26 youths, Chairperson of the Uva Wellassa Women's Organization KP Somalatha, district Coordinator of Moneragala, Premalatha and activist Shanthi Samarasinghe were present on the occasion.

ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ මොනරාගල දිස්ත්‍රික් ඌව වෙල්ලස්ස කාන්තා සංවිධානයේ දිස්ත්‍රික් තරුණ හමුව 2022 ජුනි මස 26 වන ඉරිදා දින පැවැත්විණ. මොනරාගල දිස්ත්‍රික් තරුණ ව්‍යාපාරයේ පසුගිය ක්‍රියාකාරකම් හා ඉදිරි වැඩ සැලසුම් සාකච්ඡා කිරීම හා එහි ඉදිරිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡා විය. ඌව වෙල්ලස්ස කාන්තා සංවිධානයේ ගෙවත්ත පිරිසිදු කිරීමේ ශ්‍රමාදනයක් ද, දේශපාලන, සමාජ, ආර්ථික පුහුණුවේදී මාස 06 ඉදිරි වැඩ සැලැස්මක් සකස් කිරීම ද එහි ප්‍රගතිය සොයා බැලීම ද වෙහෙරයාය අතුරු මාර්ගය වැල්ලයාය ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය විසින් පිළිසකර කිරීම, තරුණ ව්‍යාපාරය ලෙස යම් අරමුදලක් ගොඩනගා ගැනීම ද ඒ සඳහා මාසික තරුණ හමුවේදී පොලක් පවත්වා අරමුදල් රැස් කිරීම ද මෙහිදි යෝජනා විය. මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා තරුණ තරුණියන් 26 දෙනෙකු ද ඌව වෙල්ලස්ස කාන්තා සංවිධානයේ සභාපතිනි කේ.පී.සෝමලතා මහත්මය ද මොනරාගල දස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධිකාරිකා ප්‍රේමලතා මහත්මිය ද ක්‍රියාකාරිනි ශාන්ති සමරසිංහ සහභාගි වූහ.
