මුලතිව් දිස්ත්‍රික් තෙන්ඩ්‍රල් කාන්තා සම්මේලනය දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්මේලනය 2022 සැප්තැම්බර් මස 12 වන දින පවත්වන ලදී මෙදින පසුගිය මාසය තුළ ක්‍රියාත්මක කළ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් පිළබඳව ඇගයීමක් කරන ලදී විශේෂයෙන් පසුගිය 2022 සැප්තැම්බර් මස 01 වන දින මුලතිව් ප්‍රාදේශීය සභාවේ සභාපතිතුමන් හමු වී කාන්තාවන් මුහුණ දෙන මූලික පහසුකම් පිළබඳව සාකච්ඡා කළ කරුණු හා ඉන්අනතුරුව පවත්වන ලද මාධ්‍ය සාකච්ඡාව පිළබඳව අදහස් බෙදා ගන්නා ලදි
ඉන් අනතුරුව වර්තමානයේ ධීවර කාන්තාවන් මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු පිළිබඳව හා ගම්මාන මට්ටමේ ඇති ගැටලු පිළබඳව සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදී
අවසානයේදී ධීවර කාන්තාවන් මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු පිළිබඳව තොරතුරු ගොනුවක් සකස් කර ධීවර දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ නියෝජ්‍ය අධ්‍යක්‍ෂකුමා හමු වී පෙත්සමක් බාර දීමට තීරණය කළ අතර දුෂ්කර ගම්මානවල පාසල් දරුවන් සඳහා බස් රථ සේවා ලබා දෙන ලෙස ලෙස ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමානාගමන නිලධාරීන් හමු වී සාකච්ඡා කරන බවට තීඍණය කරන ලදී එසේම ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කාන්තා අංශය විසින් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන ජිවන මාර්ග වැඩසටහන් සඳහා තෝරා ගත් ප්‍රතිලාභීන් පිළිබඳ විස්තරය සභාවට ඉදිරිපත් කළ අතර දිස්ත්‍රක් සම්මේලනයේ නියෝජිතයින්ගේ අදහස් ද ලබා ගන්නා ලදී
මෙය සඳහා ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කාන්තා අංශ සම්බන්ධිකාරිනි ලවීනා හසන්ති මිය හා වැඩසටහන් සම්බන්ධිකාරක ඇන්තනි ජේසුදාසන් මයා සහභාගි වී උපදෙස් ලබා දුන් අතර මුලතිව් සම්බන්ධිකාරක එස් ප්‍රතාෂ් හා සජීවික සුධට්සනා යන අය සහ සුජාතා මය සමඟ ස්වේච්ඡා සේවික ධිට්සන අය සහයෝගය දද්වනප ලදී
District Fishermen's Women's Federation of Thendral Mullaitivu was held on Saturday 12. 09. 2022.
The objective of this meeting was to evaluate the activities conducted in August and to plan future programs. The issues that women members of the federation experience due to the high cost of living were also on the agenda.
The meeting that was held with the Chairman of the Mullaitivu Pradeshiya Sabha in August and his views on the matters related to the basic needs of women in
the district were shared at this meeting. Since there are no immediate solutions for the problems faced by women at the community level, it was discussed to work further on it.
Further, it was decided to prepare an information file about the problems faced by fisherwomen and meet with the Deputy Director of the Fisheries Department to hand over a petition.
The members pointed out the difficulties experienced by school children due to the lack of transport facilities for schooling. It was decided to discuss with Sri Lanka Transport officials to provide bus services for school children.
The information on the income generation and livelihood support program of the women’s section of NAFSO was discussed and the details of the beneficiaries selected for the program were also presented. The views of the members were discussed in these program activities.
Mrs. Lavina Hasanti, Coordinator of the Women's Division of the NAFSO, Anthony Jesudasan, Program Coordinator,Ms. Sajivika Sujatha and Svechja Sevika Dhatsana facilitated this meeting.
